Needs an update

This app is really useful and I love most of the features but it needs an update. I love the graphs but they dont function very well. Trying to adjust the scale on the graph to see a particular day or week causes it to glitch and the data isnt readable anymore. The reminders to track are not working either. Otherwise its great.
